Does the Hastert Rule have an addendum that prohibits a Repub president from signing legislation which is enacted with minority support from the GOP coupled with majority support from the Dems?

They really do need to change the name of that rule.

The Hastert rule should stay named the Hastert rule, to memorialize the only GOP speaker of the house who managed to resign under threat of prosecution for both corruption and pedophilia, or sexual misconduct.
Most GOP leadership only manages to excel in one of those areas. Hastert was a giant….a giant douchebag.
