Boom!

Yes, my friends, that is the picture of Hickenlooper’s imploding campaign. I get to gloat a little bit, because I’ve been predicting this all along, while almost everybody on this site has denied it.

http://www.rasmussenreports.co…

Yep, Hickenlooper is in trouble. He’s only leading 42-38, and that still allows for 12% Maes. Enough may switch to give Tancredo the win. The timing couldn’t have been more perfect.

    1. So, Rass polls Bennet/Buck and puts Buck up 4, within the MOE and you and the rest of Camp Buck are all over Copols gloating about how Buck’s crushing an incumbent D, etc and yada blada.

Then a few days later, same pollster, presumably with the same methodology (though they don’t publish method so we never know) polls a different campaign and puts Hick up 4 and you come back to gloat that Hick is “imploding”.

      Yeah- you should self reflect.

      Here’s

      some

      ideas.

    1. just wait until Tancredo makes a term limit pledge and restates his desire to eliminate all publicly funded education.

That will close the last few percentage points right to victory.

      1. A term limit pledge would probably work. Most voters wouldn’t remember that the Governor’s office has an ACTUAL term limit.

So he could go out and pledge to the Colorado voters that he will turn over the Governor’s position after 8 years, and not a day longer. And he would actually be able to keep the promise this time.

  1. The first was Tancredo winning.

The second “boom” could be any number of things:

    – Tanc closing the Colorado borders.  He can’t close the US border as gov, but he could defeinitely do damage to Colorado.

    – Tanc killing medicaid.

    – Tanc killing publicly funded education, a position he’s advocated for many many years. (Wonder if that would mean wilson would have to get a job in the real market?)
