President Obama is showing just how worried he is about Republican squealing over his executive actions by coming out with another executive order to protect employees of federal contractors. According to a White House fact sheet, the new executive order will require companies seeking federal contracts of $500,000 or more to disclose their recent violations of a host of labor laws, including minimum wage and overtime, civil rights, safety and health, and other protections. "The most egregious violations," and especially repeat offenders, will then be taken into consideration in awarding contracts.
