Check out this chart from “The Fix” regarding Republican Presidential candidate Scott Walker’s chances in Iowa. We’d add a few words if they were necessary.

Why The Kochs Want Scott Walker to be President…
Pollster shows Scott in 3rd place with 7.6%.
He is looking good for the inevitable fading of The Donald™ and Ben.
If he does poorly in Iowa, Walker is done
Then I think we an be pretty sure he's done. Wasn't he supposed to be the only real threat to Jeb!? Jeb!'s not doing all that much better.
Walker is still working the Koch angle (weekly phone calls), so they might toss him a lifeline as a Plan B in case of a sudden Trump implosion and a sputtering out of JEB!'s campaign.
But the Teahadist base is definitely in a cranky mood, so even the Billionaires' money may not help stave off a choice of Worse or Worst as the GOP nominee.
Doubt Kochs will keep pouring money into a sure loser.
Pocket change to them. If not Scott, who?
Never try to understand the mentality of these billionaires. Remember how Sheldon Adelson kept pumping $$$ into the Newt Gingrich super PAC 4 years ago even as he demonstrated he was only able to win two states (one of which was his own)? And how that wacko from Wyoming kept throwing $$$ into propping up Sanctum Santorum?
True but all things are relevant. Isn't Jeb polling at 6% which means he's either pulling twice the support that Walker has or he's only 3 points ahead of Walker.
Trump, Carson and Carly have sucked all the oxygen from the room and the other candidates are definitely asphyxiating.
But the MOE is 4.5% so these numbers are really almost meaningless.
More than many other polls.
At this point polls on the Republican side mean nothing. It is early september 2015. We have 15 people in the race. If a campaign runs short on money they get a supeerpac. to donate money. Right now it is money that keeps you in. When delegates are awarded and conventions held that is what matters. Remember Obama lost lowa and Hilary won. Obama is in the white house!
IoWa(lker) …
… where the East peters out.
Walker took on the unions and won, but the Republicans have proven to be too much for him to handle.
